How do you ship?
We ship via UPS and USPS. USPS Priority Mail (typical delivery in 1-3 business days) may be used for small flat rate items and orders shipping to a PO Box.
Allen’s Camera is the only party authorized to make changes to your UPS shipment. You will not be able to change your delivery address or have your package help for local pickup at a UPS store. Please contact Allen’s Camera if you need to make any change to your delivery.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:30pm EST typically ship the same business day (applicable for packages shipped via UPS). Orders placed Monday-Friday and normally delivered via USPS will typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Exceptions are made for Holidays recognized by our shipping partners.
When will I receive my package?

Can I buy online and pick up in store?
This decision is made on a case-by-case basis. We will ask for the government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) of the person picking up the merchandise.
Are signatures required?
To ensure security and prevent theft, a signature will be required upon delivery of your package if the purchase value is greater than $750.
Shipping Address Correction Policy:
We will charge a $15 address correction fee to any order that UPS charges us as an incorrect, mis-typed or incomplete address (e.g. shipping to an apartment/suite and not providing an apartment/suite number). This fee will be charged to the payment source of the order.
Package Refusal:
If package is refused at the time of delivery for whatever reason, customer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
Alternate Shipping Address Policy:
We will only ship to an address that differs from your billing address if your order is paid via PayPal and the address associated with the PayPal transaction is the same as the shipping address provided.
APO/FPO Shipping:
We will only ship to an APO/FPO address if your order is paid via PayPal and the address associated with the PayPal transaction is the same as the shipping address provided.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Orders of new equipment valued over $99 with ship free. Shipping for smaller orders, and orders of all used equipment will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping refunds for Item Returns
Shipping charges will be deducted from any return or refund (this includes orders that originally qualified for free shipping). Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Allen’s Camera does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. The only exception would be if the return were due to an error on the part of Allen’s Camera.
High value orders for new customers
New customers placing high value orders will be required to process payment through our PayPal portal as this offers us, and our customers, the highest level of checkout security.
