Whether you’re a professional photographer preparing for a big shoot, a student working on a project, or an enthusiast who wants to test out the latest gear before making a purchase, Allen’s Camera has you covered.
How to Reserve Your Rental Gear
Getting started is simple:

Call us, stop by the store, or browse the Allen’s Camera rental website.

Please note: renters must be 18 years or older.

Pick Up and Pay
When you arrive to pick up your equipment, you’ll need:-
A valid, government-issued ID or Driver’s License.

A valid, major credit card (the name on your ID must match the name on your card).
We’ll make a copy of both before releasing your rental. You’ll also sign a rental contract confirming the reserved equipment, included accessories, and your return date and time.
Each rental will be packaged in a dedicated camera bag so you can transport your gear safely.

Return the Gear
Bring back all rented equipment by the date and time listed in your contract. Once your gear is checked in, the authorization hold on your credit card will be released (this typically takes 3–5 business days, though it may take up to 30 days depending on your bank).
Rental Security and Deposits
To help protect our equipment, Allen’s Camera places an authorization hold on your credit card equal to 50% of the retail value of the rented items (this percentage is subject to change at our discretion). Alternatively, you may leave a cash deposit in the same amount.
Once the gear is returned, the hold is released and your rental fee is processed. Then you’re all set until your next shoot!
