If you have lost images or encountered a memory card error, don’t panic. Bring your memory card to the store and we will run it through our recovery program to attempt to save your images. If we are not able to recover the images, there is no charge for the attempt. If we recover your photos, you will need to provide or purchase a flash drive or hard drive for us to be able to put the recovered media on.
A successful memory card recovery costs $29.99. Unsuccessful/unrecoverable cards are no charge.
