If you have lost images or encountered a memory card error, don’t panic. Bring your memory card to the store and we will run it through our recovery program to save your images. If we are not able to recover the images, there is no charge for the attempt. If we recover your photos, we will transfer them to a CD or DVD. We can also provide additional copies or prints at your request.
